　　·2010年10月16日　第三届中国生态文化高峰论坛和中国生态文明建设高层论坛在河北省唐山市举行，集团公司等10个单位被授予首批“全国生态文化示范企业”称号，成为天津市唯一获此殊荣的企业。 
　　·2010年1月11日　由集团公司完成的“超深复杂井用超高强度石油套管及其特殊管串结构技术”获得了国家科学技术进步二等奖。
　　·2009年10月29日　新中国成立60周年“百项经典工程暨精品工程”发布仪式在北京人民大会堂隆重举行，天津无缝钢管工程在众多项目中脱颖而出获此殊荣。
　　·2008年4月25日　258PQF机组热轧区域热负荷试车一次成功，标志着该机组实现了从管坯区到精整区的全线贯通。 
　　·2007年6月18日　由集团公司与国家水处理中心共同完成的“高浓缩倍率工业冷却水处理及智能化在线监控技术”课题项目，荣获2006年度国家科技进步奖二等奖。 
　　·2007年1月26日　460PQF三辊连轧机热负荷试车，标志着世界上第一套最大口径的三辊连轧机热负荷试车成功。
　　·2007年1月8日　由集团公司完成的“PQF三辊连轧管生产线工艺及装备自主集成与创新”项目荣获国家科技进步奖二等奖。
　　·2006年1月9日　由钢管公司与北京石油大学和中原油田共同开发的“新型高抗挤与复合管柱技术”荣获2005年度国家科技进步二等奖。 
　　·2005年4月4日　在国家发改委组织的国家级企业技术中心的年度考评中，集团公司技术中心被授予“国家认定企业技术中心成就奖”。 
　　·2005年1月20日　在中国建筑业协会召开的“2004年度中国建筑工程鲁班奖（国家优质工程奖）”颁奖大会上，集团公司二套轧管工程获得了中国建筑工程最高奖—— 鲁班奖。
　　·2003年9月4日　轧管二套项目168PQF三辊连轧管机热试成功，标志着世界第一套PQF三辊连轧管机在钢管公司诞生。 
　　·2003年4月17日　公司获得了由国家安全生产监督管理局安全科学技术研究中心认证中心颁发的《职业安全健康管理体系认证证书》。 
　　·2003年2月28日　由公司完成的“T95抗腐蚀石油套管研制”获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。这是公司自投产以来在科技领域荣获的最高奖项。 
　　·2002年6月27日　天津无缝钢管工程热试成功十周年庆祝大会隆重举行，市委书记张立昌发表了重要讲话。党和国家领导人江泽民、李鹏、朱镕基、李瑞环等中央领导同志发来贺信、题词、贺词和贺电。
　　·1999年11月2日　天津钢管公司与中国信达资产管理公司、中国东方资产管理公司、中国华融资产管理公司、中国长城资产管理公司、国家开发银行签署了债权转股权协议。 
　　·1998年8月10日　公司通过国家环保环境管理体系审核中心审核，获得ISO14001环境管理体系认证证书。 
　　·1996年11月27日　我国最大的直接还原铁厂热负荷试车成功，产品质量达到设计水平。 
　　·1995年12月20日　天津无缝钢管工程通过国家验收，标志着正式投产。 
　　·1994年4月11日　美国石油学会获准天津钢管公司使用法定API会标的使用权。 
　　·1994年1月22日　首批石油套管在胜利油田（草南—斜59号井）顺利下井固井成功。 
　　·1993年10月29日　管加工厂接箍生产线1号接箍车丝机联动负荷试车，具备了生产石油套管的能力。 
　　·1992年12月4日　经环形加热炉加热的管坯经高压水除鳞、热定径、穿孔、芯棒预穿、连轧、再加热炉、定径，送至冷床，顺利打通了轧管厂热轧工艺线。 
　　·1992年6月27日　无缝钢管工程150吨电弧炉热试点火，顺利炼出第一炉钢水，经炉外钢包精炼，四流圆铸坯成功拉出管坯。 
　　·1988年12月18日　天津无缝钢管工程第一根预制砼工程桩打桩成功。 </td></tr></tbody></table></td></tr></tbody></table>
